This is an LED light  that is mounted inside a bottle top. Once charged and switched ON, the light will stay on for between 3 and 4 hours. They can be placed inside a clay Diwali Lamp (not supplied) as shown.
 
The diameter of each light is 28 mm and total height is 25 mm.
 
Why use Tea Lights with non-rechargeable batteries when you can use these? The non-rechargeable lights use 3 batteries.
